Charles Bows Out After 40 Years In The Industry!

It is with great sadness that we have to announce that Mr Charles McPeake has decided to hang up his pencil and retire.

Charles has been with Blacksmith Freight Services over 10 years and his career has spanned over 4 decades. In particular in 1986 when Charles was the Import Manager at a certain freight forwarding company on the airport, which opened the brand new World Freight Terminal, where a certain Mr Roger Black came as an Import Trainee.

Roger Black now Managing Director, worked with Charles, who taught him the business and when we were looking for a highly experienced individual over 10 years ago, Roger approached Charles because of his wealth of experience.

Over the last 10 years Charles has contributed enormously to the huge growth that Blacksmith Freight Services has enjoyed, in which Charles has played a major role. We will miss him greatly and wish him a peaceful and happy retirement.
