Introduced on July 2011 UK customs along with the EU reached an agreement that all goods from South Korea are now duty free. This now means all imports into UK or Europe from South Korea are free of duty subject to correct paperwork being issued in Korea.

UK customs no longer require a Certificate of Origin for textile imports. This was brought in November 2011 and now means all textile materials from anywhere in the world such as T-shirts or Fabric will now no longer a Certificate of Origin to bring goods into the UK.
